As the title suggests, we will cover how to theft Mexican identities very quickly. Latin American nations, including Mexico, currently face significant vulnerabilities in cybersecurity infrastructure. Unlike more developed regions, such as the United States, which benefits from agencies like the NSA; these countries lack robust digital security frameworks. As a result, they remain susceptible to frequent cyber threats and fraudulent activities.
For instance, establishing offshore bank accounts in Panama or Belize remains a viable option due to their relative accessibility and cost-efficiency.
You might be wondering—what’s the purpose of doing this? Well, I recommend creating as many accounts as possible and storing them securely. With these, you can request money, take out loans, engage in blackmail (if desired), and commit various forms of electronic fraud.
Additionally, I am currently researching the easiest method to obtain loans with these accounts. Once I refine a solid approach, I will post it. Similarly, if anyone knows a method for this, please post it. I’m not very familiar with working in Spanish-speaking websites to commit electronic fraud.
Requirements:
- A real CURP – What is this? The CURP is Mexico’s equivalent of the US Social Security Number (SSN), a unique identifier for all citizens and residents.
- An email address. I recommend Tuta Mail: https://mail.tutanota.com/.
- A temporary phone number – Preferably Mexican. You can get one here, just register with a temporary email and pay only in XMR: https://premium.smsonline.cloud/
Alternatively, you can purchase a US (California) number from this site, but they only accept BTC and other cryptos (no XMR): https://hushed.com/. Always go for the cheapest phone number option. - Proxy usage (optional) – Residential proxies aren’t strictly necessary. I successfully created five accounts using Whonix + VPN, and everything worked perfectly.
Steps:
Step 1. To obtain a genuine CURP from someone, you’ll need an ID document, such as a passport, DL, etc.
Some examples, and as you will see, it doesn’t matter if the documents have expired as long as they are real:

Step 2. Go to the following website: https://www.llave.gob.mx/ and click on “Create Account”.

Step 3. You will be redirected to a page to enter the CURP. Once you input it, all fields, full name and DOB, will be filled in automatically.
Now, it’s important to note that since “Llave MX” has only recently been launched in Mexico, many people will not yet have registered. However, if the CURP you enter is already registered, you won’t be able to proceed. In that case, simply try the next one.

On this same section, enter a postal code; it can be any valid Mexican postal code, or better still, use the one associated with the ID.

Step 4. Once completed, the following form will ask for your phone number and email address. Here, you will use the ones mentioned previously, as you will need the OTP code afterwards.

Step 5. To finish the forms, create a password and save it.

Step 6. If all steps were completed correctly, a success message will appear confirming your account creation.

Step 7. Now, return to the login page again: https://www.llave.gob.mx/. Enter the email address and password you created.
You will see the account verification window. Simply select your email and mobile number, then verify the account using the link and OTP code.

Step 8. If everything is correct and the OTP is verified, you’ll enter the dashboard; you now have your “Llave MX” via identity theft.
Note: Each Llave MX can only be linked to one email address and one phone number. If you want to open another account, you’ll need to use new credentials each time.

The government claims this system simplifies processes for citizens by centralising everything in one place. However, for fraudsters like us, this is perfect—Llave MX allow access to loans, fraud, and much more
